THIS IS THE EMAIL THAT MARIAH'S TEACHER SENT ME TODAY:

Hope all is well. Doug told me you are arriving tomorrow. Mariah did well. She was really happy and is excited about the party. We did not have a great time during Math test. The timing was not right, so I gave up on it and we will do it tomorrow one-on-one. We have been practicing for the Talent Show a lot. Doug is great!
Just to make your day and to make you laugh a bit... I was retyping their poems that they did over the last few weeks. Here is Mariah's. We were trying to use some of the poet's tools: line breaks, repetition, comparisons...
