So MUCH to SAY but where do I begin......
So just so I can vent for one hot second the G key on my key board has decided to dislodge from the key board and will not snap back on. Frustration and stress are what I feel and I have this break down thanks to one amazing 11 year old girl.
Let me go back to my southern roots and just be real with you guys. YALL this kids is making me NUTS and if I make it through her teenage years I may just pack up and go away forever.
Trouble has been on the doorstep of Miss Mariah since the end of the school year when she was suspended for a couple of day for hitting a class mate. She has continued to be so sassy, hyper-active and unmanageable. We are working to get her medicine correct and to deal with what I believe to be severe case of hormones. She had another incident at the gym last week when she made another poor choice and slapped a teammate and this was the straw that broke the camels back, I had had it.
I think Im the one who needs to be seeing the shrink. But like all things we press on and try to find the positive in all of the crappy negative stuff.
We changed her room and thought this would allow her to have the upstairs bedroom suite with the full bath and gave the room a make over. Photos to come soon. Paint, pictures, bedding, curtains, bath accessories, shower curtain and a few more things on the way. What was I thinking when we did this? This is truly her room and she has been the leader in all things pertaining to it so I had hoped she would love it and well she seems to and has been spending a great deal of time there but has chosen not to SLEEP in her room because she hears noises. LORD please help me and this child.
Theres more, she approached me with the desire of wanting to become an actress?.? Great, after much research I found a wonderful photographer to take her photos and I posted earlier this week. I also found a super class for her to attend yesterday and she was able to attend from 10am until 8pm yes she was restless but she did it and the walls were still standing when we left the studio. This class was amazing for her and her confidence and thanks to her great coach she is having her first audition tomorrow in Wilmington NC. We have to wake at 6am and get her ready for the beach but I think it will be a incredible experience for her. I still have my hair the only thingggg that is ticking me off is the broken G KEY.
